At Patancheru, we aimed to change that by partnering to create a 1650 sq. ft. premium workers’ facility that redefines what such spaces should be. This facility goes beyond functionality—it’s designed to offer comfort, dignity, and a sense of well-being. Exclusive features include a dedicated laundry area and a well-equipped pantry, providing workers with homelike comforts. The outdoor area, surrounded by greenery, serves as a peaceful retreat from the day’s work. Modern bathroom fittings ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, while duct cooler provisions for bunk beds guarantee comfort even during the hottest days.
