In Kismatpur, ‘The Lake House’ bordering the Himayat Sagar Lake, serves as a contemporary retreat tailored for a cosmopolitan couple. They dreamed of a home that could cater to two distinct needs: a private sanctuary for family and an inviting space for socializing with friends. To realize this vision, we collaborated with an architect who specializes in designing getaway homes. Her design seamlessly integrates the house with its natural environment, amplifying the influx of natural light through expansive glass windows. One of the challenges we faced was minimizing the environmental impact during construction. Leveraging our expertise in modular building techniques, we were able to reduce on-site work and complete the project in a mere three months. As a result, The Lake House stands as a timeless sanctuary, ensuring that future generations can also revel in its tranquility.
