Conceived as a private weekend retreat, this 450 sq. ft. farmhouse demonstrates how intelligent modular design can transform a modest footprint into a highly functional and inviting living experience. Every space has been carefully planned to balance openness, practicality, and relaxation.

The layout comprises a spacious bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a full bathroom — seamlessly integrated to create a comfortable living environment. Large sliding openings and thoughtfully positioned glazing allow natural light to flow through the interiors, creating bright, welcoming spaces while strengthening the connection between indoors and outdoors.

A defining feature of the project is the expansive semi-covered sit-out, wrapped with a polycarbonate canopy that extends the living experience beyond the built structure.
