The layout is strategically planned with a spacious reception and waiting lounge, leading into discussion cabins, meeting spaces, and a dedicated AV / conference room. An integrated model display area enhances project showcasing and supports informed decision-making.

The workspace extends into private cabins and workstation zones, ensuring smooth backend operations while maintaining a clear separation from client-facing areas. Supporting spaces including the pantry, utilities, and service areas are positioned for ease of access and functionality.

A key highlight is the outdoor cafeteria, where MODULI seamlessly integrated its modular structure with the existing civil setup-creating a unified, cohesive space that feels like a single, well-designed environment.
